All new TradingRuleBook accounts begin with a 14-day free trial providing full access to all Pro features, including live rule enforcement on your Dhan account. No credit card or payment information is required to start.
If you do not subscribe at the end of the trial period, your account expires automatically. No charge is applied. Trial periods run for 14 calendar days from account creation and cannot be paused, extended, or restarted on the same account.
No action is required to avoid being charged at the end of your trial. Your account simply expires if you do not add a payment method.
TradingRuleBook Pro is offered as a monthly subscription at ₹199 per month (inclusive of applicable taxes). Billing occurs on the same calendar date each month — the date on which you first subscribed.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking. Payment details are handled exclusively by Razorpay and are not stored on TradingRuleBook servers.
An email receipt is issued for every successful payment. In the event of a failed payment, you will be notified and granted a 3-day grace period to update your payment method before access is suspended.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings under Billing → Cancel Subscription. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment period.
Upon cancellation:
Your subscription is immediately marked as cancelled and will not renew on the next billing date.
You retain full access to TradingRuleBook Pro until the end of the current paid billing period.
After the billing period ends, rule enforcement is deactivated and your dashboard becomes read-only.
Your account data is retained for 30 days post-expiry. Reactivation within this window preserves your full history.
After 30 days, your account and all associated data is permanently deleted from our servers.
Cancellation stops the next billing cycle — it does not refund the current period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, but access continues until the period end date.
TradingRuleBook operates a no-refund policy on monthly subscription payments once a billing cycle has commenced. This is standard practice for software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription products.
A 14-day free trial is provided specifically to allow users to evaluate the product fully before any payment is made.

Refund requests outside the standard policy are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Requests may be considered in the following circumstances:
— A technical error on our end resulted in an incorrect charge.
— The service experienced significant downtime (48+ consecutive hours) during a paid period.
— A duplicate payment was processed due to a payment gateway error.
— A charge was applied after a cancellation was confirmed by our system.
To submit a request, email support@TradingRuleBook.in with your registered email address, the date of the charge, and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Log in to your TradingRuleBook Dashboard.
Go to Account Settings → Billing.
Click Cancel Subscription and confirm. A confirmation email will be sent immediately.
If you are unable to cancel from the dashboard, email support@TradingRuleBook.in with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" from your registered email address. Cancellation will be processed within 1 business day and confirmed via email.
To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Your renewal date is visible under Account Settings → Billing.
